The Presidency of the Republic of Iraq strongly condemns the aggression of the Zionist entity against the Islamic Republic of Iran، which is a clear violation of international law and the sovereignty of states and another step towards the instability and security of the region.
This comes after Israel carried out a series of airstrikes on Iranian military bases on the morning of October 26.
The Iraqi presidency called on the international community to take responsibility and act urgently to put an end to these aggressions and prevent the conflict from escalating.
He added that they reiterate Iraq's unwavering stance and reject any form of tension, as well as reaffirm their support for the Palestinians to achieve their legitimate rights and establish an independent state on the Palestinian national land, despite the need to act urgently to end the aggression against their brethren in Gaza and Lebanon and to reach a solution that achieves security and stability in the region.
